Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company is a vertically integrated musculoskeletal outcomes management company. HOPCo manages physician practices, hospital service lines, population health and value-based care programs, and musculoskeletal delivery networks.
HOPCo is the managing partner of Arizona-based entities, CORE Institute, Northern Arizona Orthopaedics, CORE Institute Specialty Hospital, Michigan-based CORE Institute, and Florida-based Southeast Orthopedic Specialists Clinics and Musculoskeletal Specialty Hospital.
As HOPCo continues to grow, we are looking for a Sr. Website Designer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers;
  • Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules;
  • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
  • Create and implement intuitive, functional websites, landing pages and other web-based assets using HTML/CSS to accomplish marketing goals;
  • Provide informed recommendations for design and layout, behavior and functionality of websites through general knowledge of UI best practices;
  • Maintain a leading-edge understanding of website management, information architecture, user experience, metrics, web technology, and best practices;
  • Use responsive design techniques for web development across multiple platforms;
  • Test cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies;
  • Deliver e-mail marketing implementation solutions to clients based on business requirements/needs using best practices such as permission-based marketing, privacy, spam regulation, deliverability, and email browser compatibility;
  • Assists in monitoring website statistics and analyzing trends, ultimately incorporating website design changes as needed to ensure ease-of-use for customers and higher sales conversions;
  • Apply critical thinking and find solutions to moderately-complex software and technological issues within the scope of the role;
  • Create styles in content management system (CMS), and assist in administering users as needed, troubleshooting bug fixes and deploying builds;
  • The job holder must demonstrate current competencies for job position.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of experience in web design and development
  • Proficient with content management systems and/or website production tools and related processes
  • Advanced level skill set working with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with SEO, Website Analytics E-Mail Marketing, Google My Business API’s and Google Tag Manager. Advanced understanding of standard marketing techniques and ability to develop and execute an effective digital marketing plan.

KNOWLEDGE
  • Expert knowledge of interactive design, information architecture and user centric design techniques and processes;
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing tools, social media platforms, web analytics tools and web content management systems;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS and other web programming languages;
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
SKILLS
  • Skill in operating a variety of computer platforms and operating systems including Mac OS and Windows;
  • Experience working with web content management systems (CMS); experience administering users, workflows, permissions and developing specifications and schemas a plus;
  • Intermediate level skill set working with HTML and CSS;
  • Portfolio of original Web work, e-mails, landing pages, banners, etc.
  • Skill in operating a variety of computer platforms and operating systems including Mac OS and Windows;
ABILITIES
  • Ability in utilizing state of the art production tools to design, edit, and produce video, audio, and graphic materials; communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to set priorities for multiple projects and requests;
  • Ability to interact with staff, management, providers, community partners and referring physicians;
  • Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions, organize and analyze information;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet competing deadlines.
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Normal office environment.
  • No travel required.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS
  • Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
  • Some bending and stretching required.
  • Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer keyboard.
